REALTOR Tracey Olsen, 37, has been helping customers buy and sell property in the Helena area for several years, and has had extensive experience in the property market. She's been living it for 17 years! Tracey has been actively involved in her husband, Kurt's, contracting business since the pair got married. Thanks to her investment in Kurt's work, Tracey has a full understanding of the construction process and how it relates to the successful purchase and sale of property. Now, she's offering her well-rounded experience in the industry to you!
In addition, prior to joining the sales team at Big Sky Brokers, Tracey was employed as Student Loan Sales Manager at Student Assistance Foundation (SAF), a nonprofit student loan company. Throughout her tenure, her department produced more then $200 million in loans a year for SAF. Tracey credits the success of her department of 20 employees to its commitment to providing informed advice, and offering customers the support they need throughout the entire loan process. She says if there's one crucial quality she brought with her to her new career in real estate, it's that commitment to earning trust and developing meaningful relationships with her customers.
Prior to her years at SAF, Tracey worked as a financial advisor, helping Montana families with financial planning, conducting needs analysis and much more.
Tracey has been married to husband, Kurt, for 17 years. The couple has three children ranging in age from 7 to 15. When Tracey isn't pursuing her career as a realtor, or assisting Kurt with his contracting business, she enjoys spending time in the Montana outdoors with her family.
