January will mark my 30th year of selling real estate in Helena. I started when the average cost of a Helena home was $40,000 and interest rates soared to 16%. Our contracts were hand written and our listings were in a loose leaf binder. Technology has changed the way we do business. What hasn't changed is that people still want their broker to provide the best service possible! They want to know that their broker is in touch with the market, informed of the latest financing options and has the knowledge that will make their real estate transaction a smooth, pleasant experience.
My successful real estate career is attributed to one simple principal which is to give good service.
